The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Jewel was a wonderful person and I loved her! As my mom's roommate at Evergreen, she was an advocate for her and always willing to help. They came to love each other and loved watching John Wayne movies and OU and Dallas Cowboy football together. And they were both characters! Jewel passed exactly two weeks after my mom. As both our families figure out how to live without our mothers on this earth, we will remember their unconditional love, the life lessons, the laughter, and the joy and privilege of having them as our mothers.
