Walnut, Mississippi--- Mrs. Ruth Hodum Robinson 91, passed away on April 26, 2017 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Corinth Mississippi. Ruth was born on January 26, 1926 to Wesley and Naomie Hudson Hughes in Tippah Conuty Mississippi. She was retired from the Walnut School System where she worked with Head Start, was a Monitor and a School Bus Driver. Ruth was a member of the Campground Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter; Helon Crawford of Memphis, TN; one son; Pat Hodum (Kathy) of Guy's TN; three sisters; Catherine Brown, Martha Montgomery, Betty Hopper all of Walnut. two brothers; Billy Hughes and Mikey Hughes of Walnut; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband,Daniel Edward Hodum and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Justin Zills, Nathan Zills, Lee Bryant, Deavon Moore, Kyle Brock, Mike Dunn.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Ray Wilbanks, John Walden.
