Conception Junction, Missouri- Ruth Yvonne Spraque, 81, Conception Junction passed away on April 28, 2017.
Ruth was born March 3, 1936 in Weatherby, Missouri to Cecil and Hazel (McFee) Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, George Caldwell; 2nd husband, Estel Sprague and two sisters, Wanda Eckhoff and Wilma Harris.
Ruth was a 1954 graduate of Winston High School. She worked for Big Smith in St. Joseph, Missouri and Stride Rite in Hamilton before retiring.
She was a member of the Osborn Baptist Church in Osborn, MO.
Survivors: Son, Randy (Melissa) Caldwell, Edgerton, MO; daughter, Debra (Danny) Puckett, Conception Junction, MO; sister, Emma (David) Campbell, Kearney, MO; brother-in-law, Orlyn Eckhoff, Cole Camp, MO; 5 grandchildren and 4 great -grandchildren.
Services: 11:00AM, Friday, May 5, 2017 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 10:00-11:00 AM, prior to the service. Burial: Osborn Evergreen Cemetery, Osborn, MO. Memorial donations to Sisters of St. Mary’s Hospice, Maryville, MO. Online condolences: www.polandthompson.com.
