Joann M. Buell, 85, of West Main St. Earlville, NY, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017 at her home with her family at her side.
She was born February 10, 1932 in Utica, a daughter of John H. and Regina Dibble Clark. She was a graduate of Richfield Springs High School and Morrisville Agricultural and Technical College. Joann married Otto J. Buell in Richfield Springs in 1957. He predeceased her in 1982. Joann was an LPN at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton until retiring.
She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Hamilton.
Surviving are her children, Ellen Niles of Dayton, TN; Maureen Buell of Earlville; Kathleen and Scott Osbourne of Canastota; and Matthew Buell of Earlville; two sisters, Marcia Wendth of Delmar, NY; and Mary Chi of MA; nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Ann Tsouplis and a brother, John Clark.
Graveside services will be held at 1pm Saturday, June 10, 2017 in St. Joseph the Worker Church Cemetery, Richfield Springs, NY.
