Dear Maria and family, Olivia and I were heartbroken to hear the news of Baby Jack's passing when we came back to the hospital for treatment this weekend. Jack brought such joy to everyone here at McMaster. You were an amazing mom to Jack and it was a joy to watch you interact with him. Jack's sweet disposition came to him quite naturally. He was surely loved as much as a child ever could be. We will miss him so much, and hold you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you.
