Timothy J. Boyle went to be with his heavenly Father on May 10, 2017, surrounded by his loving family.
Tim was born on December 13, 1942, the son of the late Robert and Kathleen (Fulmer) Boyle. He attended St. Marks and St. Thomas Grade school and he graduated from Bradford High in 1961. He then graduated from Gateway Technical with an Associate Degree in Marketing.
On April 28, 1962, he married the love of his life, Linda DeAngelis.
Tim worked at the Kenosha News in advertising for 40 years, retiring as senior accounts manager. After retirement, he worked as a Ranger for 11 years at Bristol Oaks. He also ushered at St. Mary's Catholic Church. He was also involved in the Rotary Club of Kenosha. He played city league softball and basketball, neither very well. He also played golf, again not well. He thought practice meant what doctors went into (his words). He loved reading, bird watching and singing along to his favorite barbershop music although he could not carry a tune (our words). He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan attending many Packer games all over the U.S.
Tim was known for his sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He was making everyone laugh including his Hospice nurses who were known as his angels that took care of him until his last days here on earth. He was a devoted husband to his wife Linda and they enjoyed traveling after his retirement. His favorite place to go was Marco Island, Florida. He loved his children and grandchildren with all his heart and loved spending time with them. Tim had so many friends and treasured each one of them. He was so grateful for all who took the time to visit. He really loved that.
Tim will be truly missed by his wife, Linda; his children, Jeanne (Mark) Mercier, Laura (Jeff) Heath and John (Kim) Boyle; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jake and Katelyn Mercier, Hailey and Tyler Heath, and Noah, Alex and Seth Boyle; great-grandson, Caleb Mercier; his brother, Dan (Nancy) Boyle; as well as many special nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
The family would like to thank Dr. James Bury and all the girls on his staff, Dr. Bandealy and staff, the Visiting Nurses especially Linda and Jessica, and the nurses from Hospice Alliance especially Pat and Diane. A special thanks to all family and friends for the support and prayers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16th, at Proko Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 17th, at St. Mary Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Tim would love you to take extra time to cherish your family and friends and enjoy each day as a gift.
