Condolence: Mary was one faithful prayer warrior that carried me and my husband, Clyde, through his health challenge journey all the way to his homegoing to Heaven. Fond memories at Mary's dinner table with friends of the Calapooia Women's Club. She shined as an actor in productions at Calapooia FM Church.

Condolence: During the 1950s, Mary Fickes and I worked together at the bank in Sutherlin. Mary was so helpful to me and sometimes visited me at my home in Wilbur. She will be missed.

Condolence From: Ann Vaara
Condolence: I was sad to see that Mary had died. I first met Mary when she worked at Douglas County State Bank in the 1950's. She worked with my Mom, Mary Berkey. She was always friendly and cheerful , first when I was a teenager and later when I would run into her at the grocery store. She had a smile for everyone. I am especially grateful to her for her kindness to my mother during Mom's last years.

You were fortunate to have had her for a mother or sister. I know you will all miss her. Please accept my condolences.
