GERTY LOU RITSON

Gerty Lou Ritson, beloved wife of Thomas J. Ritson, loving mother of Linda Mersing and husband Robert, and Mona Colicchie and husband Joseph. She was a cherished Grandmother to Robert Mersing, Thomas Mersing, Michele Moran, Aubrey Bennett and Jared Colicchie. She loved surrounding herself with her great-grandchildren as they brought her immense joy. She was known as “Gramma Lou” to Victoria and Robert Moran, Dylan Mersing and Mack Bennett. Gerty died at her home in Sturgeon, PA after an illness. She left this earth on May 15, 2017 while holding the hand of the man who loved her for 70 years. Gerty was 89 years young, sweet and selfless. Her light will continue to shine through those who love her.
