Kenneth Benton Nelson
Kenneth Benton Nelson, age 86 years, of Medford, OR passed Thursday, May 18, 2017. He was born Jan. 27, 1931 in Weed, CA. to Iver Dwain Nelson & Lilly Grace Bean. He married Lois Lorine Lester who preceded him in 1985. He was proud of his US Army service during the Korean war. Ken enjoyed fishing, hunting, poker and Oregon Ducks football. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lois, brothers Ernie and Eldon and sister Norma. He is survived by his loving family and friends. Graveside services with military honors will be 2:00pm Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Hillcrest Memorial Park where he will be laid to rest beside Lorine.
