The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mabel Lowrie can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence:
Although Mabel lived a long and good life I was sad to see she passed away. I lived beside Mabel and Bruce until I married and moved away from our house on Denton Ave. She was a great neighbour and friend of our family and I spent time visiting and learning about her gardens while I grew up. She always had time for visits. I still have book ends that she gave me after I had my tonsils out and will think of her each time I look at them. She was a wonderful lady and our condolences to all her family

Condolence: I always loved seeing and talking to Aunt Mabel. She was always warm and welcoming and you knew that she cared. I will remember her laugh and twinkling eyes, her openness and love for her family.
