I found comfort in Almighty God's word, the bible. Please take comfort in the bible promises at Revelation 21:3&4, where Almighty God is going to remove death, sickness and pain. The bible also tells us at 1Peter 5:7, to " throw all our anxieties on Him ,because He cares for us." At Acts 24:15, it tells us that the dead will be resurrected.
