I am not very close with any of my Aunts on both sides of my family. Auntie Terry was by far the closest one to me. I'm thankful for that. She was my only second Mom. Just like my mom I could rely on her for all the same things. If I had a problem and I was over I could tell her. If I needed help with something and I was over there I could ask her. She always made time for me and treated me as If I was her own child. Kenny and Tara the babies.... I remember summer times with her family at the cottage they rented for a whole summer. I never had so much. The chip truck was a favorite stop. I remember her only feeding fish to her cat Cleo and how that cat would follow her around the kitchen I remember the funky cat poster in her kitchen I remember her huge dinner table and heavy wood chairs, you didn't play around in that room. I remember her strong friendship with my Mom and how important that was to both of them. So I knew if I got in trouble for something hey would both find out about it so I was always on good behavior. I remember Brockville peer with her and the playground parks. I remember the first Oakville house where I stayed over so many times I remember Christmas in Barrie I remember night skiing with her and her family and she really loved the ski hill. She taught me how to snow plow on the bunny hill. I remember staying in a Big house in Windsor I remember her giving me great advice when I moved into my house. I remember her always being a rock, seemed like nothing ever bothered her. I remember her always always having interest in what I was doing as I got older. She always had a good tid bit of advice for me She always took the time to explain why something might be happening so i would understand and not just react. She always talked about Grandma and how special she and her house was. I will miss her very much as I'm sure everyone else will as well My family is thinking of yours and she is in our prayers
