Condolence: Sandy was a brilliant physicist, astute, caring, kind and enjoyable to be around. She is was a ground-breaking female physicist for her time and I am richer for having worked with her at Athens Regional Medical Center. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Sandra was one of the professor taught me when I was attending Georgia Tech. After graduation, I was so fortunate to have the opportunity to work for her at Medical College of Georgia. She was a very brilliant physicist and highly respected by many. She had been a great mentor to me and she had taught me how to be a good physicist. She was a very generous and kind person and very pleasant. She had touched many lives including mine.
She will always be remembered. My heartfelt sympathy goes to her family and friends.

Condolence: I was a high school friend of Sandra's and we spent lots of time together, but lost touch over the years as we both moved away and lived our lives elsewhere. She will always be remembered as a good friend who I shared those teen years and memories with. I send my heartfelt sympathy to her family and close friends.
