Condolences

Condolence From: Patty Miceli-D'Angelo
Condolence: Mrs. ‘A’

My 2nd Mom is Mrs. A. I call her that out of respect; after all she isn’t really my Mom, but my best friend’s Mom, who welcomed me into her home, family and life some 30 years ago.
Why do I call her my 2nd Mom? That I shall tell you now, but before I start my story, please know, she is leaving us soon, to be in God’s glory.
So in honor of her love and life, at this time, I wish to share the tale of my journey into her family, her love and her care.
She found me at a time when my own family was not close by. You see my move to IBM Country was good for my career, but the distance was lonely, that is until Mrs. A and her family drew me in near.
We shared holidays, birthdays, and any party at the Adsmonds was always a good time. After some years when my son came along, 2 open chairs at their table we would always find. Welcoming us for food, family, laughs, fun and games. But time never stands still, and people grow old, and things must and do change.
Now at the end of your life, I’ll hold dear our memories forever and a day, of the good life you led and the times that we shared. Now it’s time to wish you God’s grace in Heaven, Mom, Mrs. A.

Condolence: My heart goes out to Bertha's children and all the rest of her beloved family. After she showered them with a lifetime of love, her children lovingly took care of her in her golden years. Her sweet smile and beautiful eyes will always be remembered as will her total devotion to her husband and family.

Condolence: Aunt Bertha was like another grandmother to my twin brother Andrew and I. Her and Uncle Buddy used to pick us up from elementary school, bring us to their warm home and cook for us. They were the kindest, most loving people and left a big impact on our lives. We never forget their kindness and generosity. We loved Aunt Bertha and will miss her dearly. Our prayers are with the whole family during this difficult time. 31
