Condolence: It's been a long time but we have never forgotten the wonderful person Howard was. He had a love for all . He was once the Step Grandfather to our four children Kevin,Kathy,Karen & Keith Wiehrs whom loved him and always looked forward to their visits with my Mother Freddine Parham and Howard. He is at rest now and has joined Mother in ever lasting peace with our Lord and Savior.
