Anna A.  Graczyk
Anna A. (Golemba) Graczyk, 87, of Vernon, beloved wife of the late Henry (Barney) Graczyk, peacefully passed into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on June 26, 2017 at Fox Hill nursing Home. Anna was born in Rockville on February 9, 1930, daughter of the late Stanley Sr., and Sophie (Karas) Golemba. She had resided in Rockville/Vernon all of her life. She retired from the Board of Education. She leaves two loving sons and a daughter-in-law, David Graczyk of Ellington, CT and Richard and Carol Graczyk of Windsor, CT. She leaves a granddaughter Marissa Graczyk and her husband Dane, three grandsons David (DJ) Graczyk, Shaun Graczyk and his wife Victoria, and Aaron Graczyk and his girlfriend Kerry Mascaro; also six precious great grandchildren Autumn Rose Welk, Adley and Erin Nettelbladt, and Dustin, Joshua, and Adeline Graczyk. She leaves many friends, many nieces, and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by six brothers and one sister; Frank, John, Joseph, Stanley Jr., Bruno, Richard, and Jennie Zajac. Anna’s family would like to thank the staff of Fox Hill for their compassion and care with a special thanks to Marguerite Starkes. Relatives and friends may join the family from 9am-10am at the Burke-Fortin Funeral Home, 76 Prospect St., Rockville on Friday, June 30, 2017. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph Church, 33 West St., Rockville at 10:30 am. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the donor’s choice.
