Condolence: I came to know Laurin through Chuck. Chuck and I had many outings together in the mountains around southern Oregon in the 80's and 90's. About 5 years ago I ran into Laurin while shopping at a local market and he filled me in on Chuck's condition at Spring Point Assisted Living Facility. I went to visit Chuck and the timing was perfect. Chuck knew his memory was failing, be he was still able to recall bits and pieces of our hunting trips; at least enough that we enjoyed reliving some very good times together. When our visit ended, I knew that would be the last time I saw Chuck. Laurin's photo in the obituary and the history of his life was much appreciated. Thank you. Ron
