Terri L. Adams, 54, of Middletown entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 3, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born December 1, 1962 in Harrisburg and was the loving daughter of David G. Adams and the late Nancy (Matthews) Adams.
In addition to her mother Terri was preceded in death by her brother Dave Adams.
Terri is survived by her son, Mark Lingle of Middletown; companion of 31 years, Gary Lingle of Middleotwn and step-daughter, Brooke Lingle of Middletown.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family has entrusted the care of the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 260 East Main St. Middletown, PA with the funeral arrangements.
