Obituary for Lisa Marie Vines
Lisa Marie Vines, 53, of Kenosha, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017, at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Born in Kenosha, on May 25, 1964, she was the daughter of Julius and Luella Vines.
Lisa graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School. She was the first woman to sit first chair and win the state competition for playing the trumpet. Lisa enjoyed working on cars, going shopping and thrifting with her daughter, and her beloved animals, her dog, Rocks, and her cats, Max and Kitty. Above all else, she dedicated herself to being a loving mother.
Surviving Lisa is her daughter, Vanessa Vines; her sister, Lauralee Vines; and mother, Luella Vines. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Julius Vines; and her brother, Kenneth Vines.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, July 17th, at Petrifying Springs Park located at 761 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144, at Area 3 from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service at 4:30 p.m. with more visiting hours to follow. Interment will be held at a later date.
