Constance Delores Miller, 85, of Clover, passed away Friday, July 14, 2017 at White Oak Manor. She was born October 21, 1931 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Leroy Israel and Henrietta Polatty.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Ivey Higginbotham of Clover; two grandchildren, Lee Duvall and wife, Lynn and Emanuel Duvall and wife, Ashley; five great-grandchildren, Melanie, Dana, Alexis, Jenni and Noah Duvall.

A Graveside Service will be held at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Clover City Cemetery in Clover SC.
