Obituary for Carole Oliver Davis
Norma Carole Oliver Davis, 71, went to her heavenly home on Monday, July 17, 2017, at North Delta Hospice in Southaven. Born September 16, 1945, she was the daughter of the late David Oliver and the late Odelle Kennedy Oliver. Carole grew up in Calhoun City before moving to Southaven many years ago. She worked for the State of Tennessee in the worker’s comp division, claims department, and retired after many years of service. She was a member of the Southaven First Baptist Church. She was very devoted to the Lord and the ministry of her church. Being a caring and loving person made her special to everyone. Following retirement, her main focus was Church, family, and friends. She will be missed by all.
Pryor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A funeral service honoring her life will be held Thursday, July 20, 2017, at 11:00am at Pryor Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Vance officiating and Bro. Al Cannon delivering the eulogy.
She leaves behind several cousins and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Odelle Oliver.
