Billie Ann  Kelley
Billie A. Kelley, 64, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Florida Hospital Celebration Health in Celebration, Florida, with her fiancé by her side.

Billie was born on August 3, 1952 in West Point, New York, the daughter of the late William and Joyce (Ennist) Schkutz.

Billie attended college at New Pauls Nursing School to become a Registered Nurse. Billie moved to Florida with her fiancé, Jeff Clemente, in 2010.

Billie is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Clemente, and one son, James Kelley. Along with two sisters, Karen Wright (Thomas) and Linda Goetschius (Richard).

Billie’s funeral arrangements are in the caring guidance of Winter Oak Funeral Home & Cremations, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.
