Obituary for Nancy Lee Cossentino
Nancy Lee Cossentino, 78, of Edinburg, PA, passed away the morning of August 3, 2017 at her residence. Born on May 25, 1939 in Dayton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Blaine and Helen Gallo Marshall. On July 31, 1965, she married her beloved husband, John Cossentino, and the two of them spent more than 30 years together until he preceded her in death on June 4, 1996.
Nancy retired from the medical records department of Human Service Center. She had attended Westminster College. Nancy will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her children, Amy Cossentino and Blaine Cossentino, both of Edinburg, PA, and grandchildren, Lisa Cossentino and Zach Howard.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 3000 Wilmington Rd. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday at 3:00pm at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Phil Anderson.
Interment will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be offered in John and Nancy Cossentino’s names to YSU Foundation, 606 Wick Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502.
