I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and Racheal took the time to explain everything in detail. Racheal definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated. Best Funeral Services showed great respect and care throughout.

We met with Michelle Fennell several times. She was caring and made us feel very comfortable throughout both our pre-need arrangements and during the recent passing of my father-in-law. She also contacted us after the interment, showing concern.

The staff at Crestwood exceeded my expectations. I was apprehensive about making burial arrangements during the pandemic but moments after walking in the door my fears were calmed. I was highly impressed with the precautions they are taking to avoid transmitting the virus. I felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Racheal was kind and compassionate during this difficult time. I wasn't expecting to leave with this degree of peace of mind.
