The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jay Stauffer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Jim & Jane (Zercher) Stauffer
Condolence: We knew your folks thru various venues. For Jim, it was through Lancaster Brethren In Christ Church. For Jane, it was through her parents, Harold & Ruth Zercher. Ruth and your mother nursed together at Lancaster General in the 40s. Harold and your dad went to F&M College. It was so good to connect with them over the years as they were such dear folks. Our prayers and sympathies are with you during this double loss.

Condolence From: Barb Charles
Condolence: Dear Jay and Tim,
I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dad and your dear mother. It has been many years since our parents met, but how blessed we are to have been their children. My prayer for you and your family is that you can rejoice in their lives and continue their legacy of love of family and friends and integrity. Your father was one of the kindest men I have ever known and I cherish my memories of our childhood with the Stauffer and Charles families.

Condolence From: Bible Visuals International
Condolence: Dear Stauffer family, We were blessed to know you father and to be served by him through his work in printing. The books he helped print serve as a legacy as they are still being used around the world to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. May that same Saviour be your hope and peace now as you grieve Dick's passing.
