I know I saw all of you at Billy's viewing but I want you to know that Billy was a great guy w a big heart. We were friends since we were 18. I have not stopped thinking about him. Condolence: "Lloyd" William Powell....you left us too early. Even with the body of an 90 year old man, it was still too early. No matter how you were feeling, you always had a smile on your face and an infectious laugh that was incomparable. You were also the only one who could turn one of my 15 minute breaks into you talking for 40 minutes. You will truly be missed, but never forgotten. May you find peace in a better place.
