Obituary for Richard L. Aronhalt, III
Richard “Rick” Lloyd Aronhalt, III, 35, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Nicole Shaffer Aronhalt; one daughter, Zailey Ashton Nicole Aronhalt; his mother, Sherri Aronhalt; his father, Richard Lloyd Aronhalt, Jr.; one sister, Amanda Marie Aronhalt; maternal grandmother, Darlene June Bickers; paternal grandmother, Nancy Lee Jenkins Aronhalt; special aunt, Caren Dickert; close friends, Monty and Kathy Houser; and numerous other extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2017, in the Frost Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Adam Wise officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to a charity of choice.
