Message: I met Billy when I was 4 years old and he stole my little heart. He was with Frankie at the old Turners store and I thought he was the cutest little red headed boy I had ever seen. I thought right then and there that when we grew up I would marry him. After that day I didn't see him for a few years. I always thought about him and Frank was my bus driver and would tease me about him. One day Frank told me that Billy was coming back and would be on the bus the next day. I was so nervous about getting to see him again and excited. When I saw him again I thought the same thing all over again. He is the cutest boy I ever seen. I was infatuated with him!! Around that same time my mom had a baby, my youngest brother, and I convinced my mom to name him Billy Ray!!! Billy and I never were boyfriend and girlfriend but every time I think of him or here about him I will always remember him as the cutest little red headed boy I ever saw and the first boy to steal my heart. Rest in Peace Billy! You will be missed and you were loved by so many.
