Condolence: Sincere sympathy to the family. Bill was always glad to see me when I came to Perkins, was so nice and friendly. I just found out and am sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed at the tribe and by many. I'm glad I got to know and talk with him many times.

Condolence: Bill was a great Brother-in-law and Uncle . He always had good words for us and told so much History on the Tohee Bloodline . I always enjoyed his stories.I always seen him around he was always happy to see everyone Will miss not seeing him. He will always be in our Heart

Condolence: Bill was my first and best friend at OSU for many years. We not only went to school together but also worked together for several years at the BIA in Washington, DC. While I was at OSU, his mother (Annie) used to refer to me as her other son. (Those years at OSU were the best years of my life.)

My condolences go out to Billie Ann, Ken, and Sylvester. I'm sorry for the late condolences but I just now found out today. Bill will be missed by many and especially by me.
