My brother Jack went to school with Bill. My Mother worked as a Buyer at Pinellas Count Purchasing Dept. and worked with Bill. I worked at City of Clearwater and worked with Bill. What a great guy, always happy loved talking about his 2 sons. All around a really nice guy, he will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers to his family.
