Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the honor and pleasure to serve on the Waterloo Fire Department with Roger. He was a man of integrity and honor and was a mentor to many of us younger firefighters. I have to admit that in all the years I knew Roger, his nickname of Buckwheat was what we all called him. Buck helped many people in his involvement in the W.F.D. Rest in Peace Buck.
