Passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2017 in her 84th year. Daughter of the late Frederick D’Aoust and Edith (Ida) Chapman, she is survived by siblings – Pierrette Guindon, Normand D’Aoust (Gwen), Claire D’Aoust and Claude D’Aoust (Nancy) and predeceased by siblings – June Corbeil, Helen Saumure, Micheline (Mickey) Bradford, Louis, Remi, Andre (Andy) and Adrien (Eddie) D’Aoust. Dearly loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she leaves behind her children Monique Deguire (Hans Lill), Denis (Lisa Darrah) and Pierre (Laurie Wright) Charbonneau, her grandchildren Jacob Gurnick (Genevieve Messier), Elise Thakur (Ankush), Paul and Nicole Charbonneau as well as her great grandchildren, Anabelle and Émilie Gurnick. A tribute to her life will be held on August 19th, 2017 between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. at the Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre in the Atrium Room, 102 Greenview Avenue (Britannia Beach) Ottawa, ON K2B 8J8. In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate donations in her memory to be made to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation - specifically directed to Fairview Manor who provided wonderful care.
