RUBEN BITO GARCIA

EDINBURG - Ruben Bito Garcia, 75, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, August 12, 2017, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Garcia worked with Coca Cola Bottling Company for over 30 years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Garcia; three brothers: Mauro Bernal, Rey Badillo and Francisco Bernal; a sister, Maria Guadalupe Lopez.

Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Petra Garcia; four children: Rubicelda (Juan) Cardenas, Pearla Garcia, Daisy (Mario) Cardenas and Ruben Garcia Jr.; 13 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; two sisters: Margarita Sanchez and Concepcion Ozuna; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, August 14, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
