Mary Pauline Icenhower, 90 of Dierks, AR passed away Tuesday August 15, 2017 in Dierks, AR.

Mrs. Icenhower was born June 26, 1927 in Center Point, Arkansas to the late Cecil and Plumer Seymour Parker. She was a member of Holly Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She loved to read, playing Bingo and Dominos, and when she was able loved flower and vegetable gardening.

Mrs. Icenhower was preceded in death by her husband George Dewey Icenhower in 1996, a daughter, Barbara Griffin, and two brothers, Denzil Parker and Troy Parker. She is survived by three sons, Phil Icenhower of Horatio, AR; Mike Icenhower of Dierks, AR; Rex Icenhower of Nashville, AR; and one daughter Gay Hendrix of Dierks, AR; three sisters Viola Harding and Mildred Harding both of Nashville, AR, Rosa Lee Cheatham of Texarkana, TX; four brothers James Parker of Nashville, AR; Bobby Parker and Roger Parker both of Dierks, AR and Loy Gene Parker of Tyler, TX, sixteen grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8pm at Nashville Funeral Home. Services are 10:00 AM Friday at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Clyde “Butch” Mitchell and Bro. J.W. Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in Sunshine Cemetery under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
