James W.
Age 75, of Penn Hills, on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. James was preceded in death by his first wife Virginia Ricketts Fierle. He was the husband of Carol Puhalla; loving father of 3 sons, Joe (Carla), Mike (Diane), and Ken (Jennifer) Fierle; proud Pop Pop of Hannah, Emilie, Grace, and Clare Fierle; brother of Virginia Donahue, Tom Fierle Sr., Bob Fierle, the late Marianne Wersant, and the late Dolly Klein; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. James was a graduate of Duquesne University, retired from U.S. Steel, and was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates fan. A memorial mass will be held, Saturday (8/26), 10 a.m., at St. Susanna Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
