Larry George Harper was born on April 21, 1954 in Lloydminster SK. to Rosie (Josephine) Anne Wright (Loyie) and (J.T.) John Thomas Dufresne (Harper). He came from a large family. Larry was one of nine children, John Dufresne (Marlene), Hillary Harper (Chester), Lorrie Harper (Len), Gerry Harper (Rose), Glenn Harper (Jamie), Ann Chartrand (Dave), Ken Dufresne (Marilyn), and Keith Harper (Tina). As a young man, Larry started his family with Ruby Swindler and they had four children together, (Nick) Donovan Swindler (Gina), Melanie Montour (Ashley), Morgan Swindler (Jessica), and Mallory Swindler (Pierre). In 1994 Larry met his beloved wife, Bonnie Gervais, and gained a step-daughter, Lisa Stoddart (Chris), and a year later Brittany Harper was born. They lived their lives together for 23 years. Larry had seventeen grandchildren, Madison, Kashton, Shayna, Kaitlin, Karson, Keairra, Kianna, Kaelynn, Natalee, Haylie, Pierrson, Corbyn, Cassandra, Abbi, Liam, Grayson, Kaydra, and one great grandson, Dean Alexander William Dautremontour. Larry had so many friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, and his boy, Ozzy; he was so blessed.

Larry was a glass man by trade but he could do anything he put his mind to, from being a pro at pool, to doing maintenance work, and carpentry; he was a jack of all trades and one heck of a jokester.

Larry will be forever loved and missed.
