Bob was always a delight to talk to over the phone and in person. I had the pleasure of working with him on his mobile homes for the past four years. He would always walk in with a smile and even on the phone you could hear it. He will be deeply missed here at the Payne County Assessors Office. I am so sorry for your loss.
