JOSUE VILLARREAL

SAN JUAN - Josue Villarreal, 86, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, August 30, 2017, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Mr. Villarreal is preceded in death by his wife, Delfina Villarreal; a son, Hugo Villarreal; his parents, Jose and Apolonia Villarreal. Siblings Eleno Villarreal, Elias Villarreal, Anita Torres, Sarita Jarero, & Abel Villarreal.

Mr. Villarreal is survived by his two children: Jay (Linda) Villarreal and Letty (Alonzo) Tagle; eight grandchildren Timna Villarreal, Hugo Villarreal Jr., Sarai Tagle, Matthew Tagle, Joshua Fraustro, Jayson Villarreal, Vanessa Villarreal, Christian Blake and four great-grandchildren; Seth Vela, Jayson Josue Villarreal, James Tagle, And Jypsy Vela, a brother, Daniel (Minnie) Villarreal; a sister, Betty (Rubinski) Martinez.

Josué lived most of his life in Pharr, Texas and was a salesman with Central Ready Mix. Upon retirement he enjoyed his life visiting friends and being out and about. Josue was known for being a snazzy dresser, a (Catrin) per say. He had the most amazing personality and sense of humor. His best feature was his million dollar smile. He was loved and will be missed by many.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, September 3, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, September 4, 2017, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
