Condolence: Dear Faye.
Please accept my condolences on the passing of your
husband Phil. He was the kindness and most thoughtful person that I ever had the privilege of working with. Phil and I worked at the Augusta State Airport from 1972 to 1977 and
without his help I would never have made it through those 5 years.
Phil had a great deal of aviation knowledge both at the State and Federal level, but The MDOT did not recognize these talents.
The award of the Gadabout Gaddis Cup is a fitting tribute to
a man that spent 30 years promoting aviation in the State of Maine
Again, my condolence on the passing of my friend, Phil.

Condolence: To Faye and Family: You were all so very blessed to have such a devoted man in your lives. Phil was a man who loved God and his family. He was not ashamed to talk about his Lord. We thank God, and count it a privilege, for allowing us to know Phil as both a friend and brother in Christ. We know you have many wonderful memories of him. These memories will be a blessing to you in the days, weeks, months, and years ahead.
