Preble Lane Phelps, 87, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away on September 5, 2017.

Preble was born on January 16, 1930 in Garden City, Kansas to Earl and Rachel Phelps.

Preble is survived by six children, 18 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Lakeview Cemetery at 2:00p.m. under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.

A reception will follow the service from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Archer Complex Community Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
