Clark and I
My condolences to you, Mabel and Family! I was saddened to learn of Clarks passing! I have many good memories from working with Clark as he basically threw me into cooking in the kitchen when I had applied for a job!! He at first asked me to do dishes, but then it wasn't long before I was making those Club sandwiches or Fried Rice & Chicken Balls! Many a huge turkey I learned to debone, and many a bowl of rice & gravy I served up! To have Clark teach me cooking Chinese food was my biggest pride! He is the one that gave me my love for cooking and I went on to learn how to become a Chef after our family moved from Blind River! I went on to work in the Sudbury area where we had moved to. I worked cooking in the kitchen at Laurentian University then I was transferred to the Toronto University! I could never had done this if it were not for meeting Clark Wong! A wonderful, kind, and generous person! I wish I could be there with you at this time! I shall never forget him and neither will my family! May the Heavenly Father keep him in eternal rest until we meet again!! With Much Sadness, Carol Pigeon
