Condolence: My deepest condolences to Michael, Josh, Evan, family and close friends. I went to high school with Trish but got to know her better when we reconnected over faceback in 2007. I am so glad that she visited Vancouver in January. We had a memorable visit and I was fortunate to meet Michael, albeit briefly. I will cherish my memories of such a remarkable lady.
