Obituary for Kenneth Stuart McJuray

Kenneth  Stuart  McJuray
Ken McJuray was born in Humboldt Saskatchewan on May 11th 1940 to George and Sarah McJuray, and was raised on a farm in the Pathlow, SK area. He moved to Melfort in 1964 and in June 1966 he married Sherry Mackintosh and together they had two daughters; Tori born in 1969 and Kendra born in 1973.
Ken worked at Melfort Electric and Furniture as a Television/radio technician from 1964 to I994; he then went back to his farming roots and worked the next several years at the Melfort Research Station until he retired in 2011. He had many fond memories of his working years and made many good friends.
Ken had many passions, which included coin collecting, antiques, fixing anything and everything, cooking and growing a garden, but these all took a back seat to the two most important passions in his life his family and music.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Sherry; his daughter Tori (Andrew), his son-in-law Randy and his five grandchildren; Jessica, Mackenzie, Taylor, Tegan and Chantel. Ken was predeceased by his parents George and Sarah McJuray and his beloved daughter Kendra.
