Springfield – Orlando Mercado, 85, Departed this Life on September 19, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center. Orlando was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on August 15, 1932 to his parents Evagelista Mercado and Angelina Borrero. Orlando was very much loved and will be missed. He leaves to cherish his memories, His loving wife Aida I Mercado, 2 Sons; Orlando Jr. and Samuel Mercado, 3 Daughters; Rosaida Mercado, Elizabeth Rosefield and Migdalia Torres, a Sister; Mercedes Mercado 14 Grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren , family and friends Calling hours will be on friday September 22, 2017 from 6pm- 8pm and Saturday September 23, 2017 from 9am-10am at Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home 730 State Street Springfield, Ma followed by a burial at Oak Grove Cemetery
