She was born in Dubuque, Iowa on March 29, 1938.
She was preceded in death by a son, Dean. Survived by sons, Craig (Carolla) Tharp, Steven (Kathi) Tharp and Wade (Tina) Tharp and four grandchildren.
She has lived in Arvada, Colorado for nearly 20 years.
