Obituary for Sophie Radomski (Federowicz)

Sophie F. Radomski, age 97 of Easton, loving wife to the late Martin Radomski passed away on Tuesday September 26, 2017. Sophie was born in Bridgeport on May 23,1920 to the late Mary and Vincent Federowicz. Sophie was the last surviving of four siblings, her brother Watson Federowicz and sisters Alfreda Krolicki and Frances Streff. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Sophie was a long time executive secretary for the president of Remington Arms in Bridgeport. She spent many wonderful years in Easton with her husband, Martin and then volunteering at the Easton Senior Center. She enjoyed many happy moments with several friends and neighbors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 10am in Notre Dame of Easton Roman Catholic Church, 655 Morehouse Rd, Easton followed by interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. In abiding with Sophie's wishes, there will be no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Notre Dame of Easton Church or the Easton Senior Center. The Commerce Hill Funeral Home, 4798 Main St. Bridgeport has been entrusted with the services.
