The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Frame can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: My heart goes out to the family and friends during this sad time. I pray for peace, love, and strength for all of you as you say goodbye as you lay him to rest. From what I remember, Bill was a great man, husband and daddy. RIP Bill Frame, I thank him and all of you for all the great memories I have and will never forget on upland street. I'm sure you will forever be missed. Heaven's going to be a sweeter place with you up there; and just imagine the party there will be up there with a lot of the upland street crew. God Bless.
