Liberty, Missouri- Glenda Sue Martin, 64, Liberty, Missouri passed away on October 4, 2017.
Glenda was born January 15, 1953 in Cameron, Missouri to Wayne Richard and Lottie Pearl (Baker) Leach.
She was a 1971 graduate of Cameron High School and Cosmetology School.
Glenda worked at the Liberty High School in food service and at Kidzone as a counselor. She formerly worked at Commerce Bank.
Glenda was a greeter for the Kansas City Chiefs working with the players families and the broadcast booth.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Allen Leach.
On December 21, 1984, Glenda married Daniel Martin in Miami, Oklahoma.
Survivors: husband, Daniel of the home; son, Chad (Leslie) James, Kearney, MO; daughter, Danielle (Mike) Olson, Fort Worth, TX; sister-in-law, Nancy Leach, Cameron; 3 grandchildren, Camden Olson, Dalton James and Avreigh James; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Martin, Liberty, MO; nieces, Alison Leach (Rob Sutton), Megan (Kevin) Sloan; 2 great-nieces, Maeve and Ailish, Olathe, KS.
Services: 7:30 PM, Monday, October 9, 2017 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Chapel, 1600 MO-291, Liberty, MO 64068. Visitation: 5:30-7:30, prior to the service. Mrs. Martin will be cremated after the service under the direction of Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Inurnment at a later date in McDaniel Cemetery, Cameron, MO.
