Obituary for Rosemary Willard (Frank)

Rosemary Willard, 68, of Dauphin went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born on May 16, 1949 in Halifax and was the loving daughter of the late Paul and Josephine (Faldetta) Frank.
She was a member of the Caring Community Church, Hummelstown.
Rosemary was a beautician and owned her own business for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, cooking, baking and ministering to others with her love for Christ.
She loved her family and her church. She was a teacher at Grace Chapel Church for years where she started her quest in sign language. She loved to volunteer to face paint at church events. Through her love of the Lord and her learning sign language she met her husband of 28 yrs as well as many other friends. She worked for 20 yrs with the Bridges Ministries at different churches teaching sign language so that others could enjoy the teaching of Lord. She helped many people through the years to learn and become certified in sign language.
Rosemary is survived by her husband Andrew Willard; two sons, Talmadge Frank, James-Andrew E. Willard; grandsons, Owen and Joshua Frank; brother, Paul Frank, Jr., his wife and daughters; sister, Carol A. Frank; niece, Julie A. Frank and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a tribute to Rosemary’s life on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Caring Community Church, 7176 Red Top Rd. Hummelstown, PA 17036 with Pastor Glenn Peck officiating. There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
Memorial contributions may be made in Rosemary’s name to her church.
The family has entrusted the care of the Matinchek Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. 260 East Main St. Middletown, PA with the arrangements.
