Obituary for Gloria M. Raiz
BEEVILLE – Gloria M. Raiz, 81, of Beeville, died on Oct. 8, 2017 in San Antonio, Tx. She was born on Mar. 22, 1936 in Corpus Christi, Tx. to the late Eugenio and Anita (Gonzales) Martinez. She married Joaquin Raiz on Dec. 1, 1967 in Houston, Tx.
She is survived by her husband, Joaquin Raiz of Beeville, Tx; one daughter, Linda Gonzales of Beeville, Tx; one brother, Victor Martinez of Beeville, Tx; one sister, Dora Munoz of Houston, Tx and a cousin, Fermin Carreon of Beeville. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3-9pm on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Oak Park Memorial Funeral Chapel. A rosary will be recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be held at 10am Thursday, Oct. 12 at Oak Park Memorial Chapel with Deacon Roger Rosenbaum officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:30pm at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Corpus Christi, Tx.
